WordPress Autoresponders
WORDPRESS AUTORESPONDERS
- THE INDISPENSIBLE TOOL IN BLOGGING
WordPress autoresponders are plugins acting as supporting software to wordpress, which was started by 2003 and is considered now as the most popular software used for setting up blogs ( a form of writing which maybe done by an individual or a group of people usually covering a common subject), and for content management system (used for checking, controlling, and improving shared data). Using the wordpress autoresponders enables the automatic creation of newsletters through emails, giving subscribers messages that they can share with others, makes the continuous build up of email lists possible, and provides the availability of the option to subscribe to certain blogs among others. And the great thing about wordpress autoresponders is that, since they are considered as free and open source projects, they allow people to copy, share and contribute to their enhancement, and wordpress autoresponders also give them the freedom to use them any way they wish to.
How does one install wordpress autoresponders?
The first thing to be done is to look for a website where they are available. They can be acquired for free, but if one is looking for unlimited features, it is advisable to pay for wordpress autoresponders. Then look for the button to install the plugin and click it, then activate accordingly. Search for the administrator section, check it, go to the settings and do them as desired, then save; then follow the rest of the set of instructions, continue until the part wherein one will be asked to create a newsletter, and so, one must type in the messages and set the interval and dates for sending.
Most people may not be aware, that they may already have wordpress autoresponders, because most webhosts give them for free, but they just don’t know how to use them. As mentioned earlier, the paid wordpress autoresponders have more to offer like unlimited space and the independence to customize them to be suited for their particular needs, unlike the free wordpress autoresponders, which as expected have certain limitations, but will surely do, for people with very little requirements.
It is good to know there is actually a lot of available plugins/software compatible with wordpress, and based on online reviews, Aweber is considered as one of the best paid wordpress autoresponders, which have the unique feature of, letting the integration of email with other social networks and with a very high percentage of fast email delivery. They also have multiple sign-up forms that come with a tracker, to know which form is the most effective. There is also one known as Icontact. This is one of the wordpress autoresponders that provide email templates with the ability to give pop-up messages (most people find this very annoying), Constant Contact, which is mostly used by small business owners.
But what makes these wordpress autoresponders unfavorable is the fact that their forms are very ordinary-looking. For somebody who is artistic, the Mailchimp is very ideal as it gives room for the user to create his/her own form but not for people who have no inclination in designing, while with Getresponse, anybody can be given commissions for referrals. Another of the wordpress autoresponders is called Infusionsoft, which can really help a blogger who is engaged in selling, because it allows access to sales reports. And there are still a lot more wordpress autoresponders waiting to be discovered, if one is patient enough to do an online research.
But before making a decision on which wordpress autoresponders to choose, be sure that they have a high probability of email capture. It is a must that the wordpress autoresponders must have an opt-in form (it is scripted in such a way that it will make people enter their names and email addresses once they go to the website, and to make sure that they will be attracted to do so, the anticipated benefits that they may be getting should be provided), and once this is filled out completely, it will automatically trigger the wordpress autoresponders to send an email, based on the customer’s contact details gathered, and the message should contain the necessary information related to the subject matter.
If the subject is a blog intended to share ideas, the autoresponder should be able to educate the would-be subscriber, what the topic is all about, and special discounts and promos if it is for a product. And if there is an opt-in, it is only fitting, that the wordpress autoresponders should have an opt-out option as well, because this will give the site visitors the feeling that they are not being forced into joining something, and there’s always a way out. The lack of this option may have a negative effect on people and may make them hesitant to give out their personal data.
WordPress Autoresponders – One more thing…
It should not be forgotten that when in the process of choosing the right wordpress autoresponders you should look for the simple ones that can be easily understood, instead of those that would just complicate things even more. And try to see to it that the wordpress autoresponders have an SMTP (simple mail transport protocol) support, that will make the messages appear like they are really coming from legitimate sources, unlike those with PHP (this originally stood for Personal Homepage but now stands for Hypertext Preprocessor), which are automatically recognized by anti-spam filters as spam, making the recipient unable to read the message because it is a standard practice by most people to delete spams.
Wordpress autoresponders should be considered as very helpful and indispensible tools in blogging for so many reasons. One of them is it will no longer be an inconvenience for the writer to tell his/her subscribers whenever there is a new blog post, because a broadcast email can be delivered right away through the use of wordpress autoresponders, or even at regular intervals, so there will be no more problem when it comes to giving updates. The wordpress autoresponders can even allow one, to do everything in advance and set the date when the messages should be sent out, so there’s no more need to worry about keeping track of time and remembering important dates. By using wordpress autoresponders, there will be enough opportunity to be more productive and at the same time to feel very relaxed and less pressured, making the person become more creative.
Everything else will follow, and part of the good results expected from using the wordpress autoresponders is, more leads will be generated which will definitely increase the traffic, which would in turn translate into more ads in the site, which will give more income to the owner. If it is a blog trying to sell something, then it is safe to say that wordpress autoresponders have simplified the marketing process, and because of this, a high sales volume will always be generated, while saving a lot of money and effort in advertising. It’s just like the wordpress autoresponders are always taking the place of somebody who is supposed to do all the work for the user, when he/she is occupied with other activities.

This is a message to the admin. I came to your “WordPress Autoresponders | WordPress” page via Google but it was hard to find as you were not on the first page of search results. I see you could have more visitors because there are not many comments on your site yet. I have found a website which offers to dramatically increase your rankings and traffic to your website: http://www.linklegends.com/web-traffic. I managed to get close to 1000 visitors/day using their services, you could also get lot more targeted traffic than you have now. I used their services and got significantly more visitors to my site. Hope this helps
Take care.
